Meet the Team

Eric Eder Founded OnPoint Sales in 2020 after fifteen years of experience working in diverse sales environments with an outstanding ability to communicate information and ideas. Eric brings extensive experience in the plumbing industry with a demonstrated history of efficiently working in Plumbing/HVAC fields with a strong focus on Water Filtration & Treatment.  He is skilled in analytical sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and business acumen.

Joe joined the team in Early 2025 and is a customer-focused sales leadership professional with extensive experience in sales team development, sales forecasting, account development, and stakeholder management. He is highly skilled at achieving sales objectives, conducting market research, and identifying critical sales opportunities.  Joe is exceptionally precise and a communicative professional, capable of discovering and fixing problem areas to improve efficiency.

Wes is an energetic and knowledgeable salesman with (15) years of industry experience. He has a strong ability to provide solutions that optimize water quality and system efficiency for industrial, commercial, or residential customers.  Over the years he has cultivated and maintained strong, long-term client relationships by offering expert advice and technical solutions to understand and address their unique water treatment challenges.  He plans to expand the OnPoint Sales customer base and accelerate growth by prospecting new accounts and nurturing existing ones, successfully introducing new water treatment innovations and technologies through the manufactures we represent.

Jim Rawus joined the Team in 2021 heads our Commercial Quotes & Customer Service Department.  His goal is to provide our customers detailed quotes, with over 42 years of knowledge & experience working with pumps, controls, wastewater, and water well systems and accessories.  Jim has built a strong reputation in the territory for his vast knowledge in the Septic field and is considered a “Pump Guru” by the customers who trust him to choose the right pump for the application.  Jim will be working from the office most of the time, but do not be surprised if you see him out in the Metro Philly area once some restrictions are lifted to assist and further educate customers on the Manufacturers we represent.

With previous experience managing commercial and industrial job sites in both NYC and Metro New Jersey for a large contractor early in her career, and later proven success record in both inside and outside Sales for reputable plumbing and building distributors, Branka currently overseas the accounting department, office workings and customer service departments.   With her dynamic personality she is an essential part of OnPoint Sales team.

Sharon is a hard-working, dedicated, and experienced salesperson with a positive outlook, and entrepreneurial sales experience.  With excellent communication skills, a dynamic personality and the ability to build persistent rapport, Sharon can relate well to diverse customers and contractors by quickly determining their needs.  Sharon is looking forward to helping grow the business in her territory by providing our customers with excellent service and support.
